In our continuous improvement effort, we acquire a firm commitment and a firm commitment to sustainable tourism through the implementation of measures that lead to a rational use of resources, we apply the three R 's of ecology :
> Reduction of the use of toxic and polluting chemical products as far as possible in cleaning

> Application of ecological paints and lacquers , certified with the European Ecological Label.

> Use of flow-reducing filters and aerators in showers and taps to reduce the
water consumption and sink taps in cold position by default.

> Eco-efficient toilet tanks with less water flow and with a double flush system.

> Ecological amenities and elimination of single-dose plastic bottles with refillable gel and shampoo dispensers in bathrooms.

> Courtesy glass water bottle in the room that can be refilled free of charge at the Cafeteria fountain to reduce the unnecessary use of PET plastic bottles.

> Use of ecological air fresheners with natural fragrances.

> Use of 100% recycled paper

> We recover and value old furniture and wood with a past and life.

> Recycling of paper, cardboard, glass, plastics and oils with separation of waste and rubbish from almost all of the waste generated in the Hotel.

> Total implementation of LED lighting and presence detectors in public areas throughout the building and energy disconnectors in the absence of the client in rooms.

> Elimination of plastics with recyclable toilet paper seal. Elimination of the sealing bag of cups, change of laundry bags from plastic to paper, etc.

> Hot/cold air conditioning with heat pump for better efficiency and reduced fuel consumption.

> Use of organic products and "km.0" (proximity producers) and elimination of individual doses in the breakfast buffet to eliminate plastics.

> Raise awareness among customers and encourage them to participate with explanatory signs in bathrooms so that they wash only the strictly necessary towels.

> Promotion of sustainable mobility . We care about the health of our clients by encouraging them to practice exercise, recommending hiking trails in our area and providing them with free bicycles so that they can use non-polluting means of transport while exercising.

> Support for sports and local festivals . Collaborating with the Raxó soccer team, Poio Tennis League and Raxó Fiestas.

> Promote local traditional culture . Transferring to our clientele the culture, tradition and activities of interest that allow them to get to know the Rías Baixas in depth.
