Participate in the photography and video contest that we have organized at Hotel Gran Proa through our Facebook and Instagram pages!
Participants
Any person who complies with the rules of the contest may participate.
How to take part
You must send us your photograph or video through our Facebook or Instagram page, by means of a private message. Then, after reviewing them, we will publish on our social networks (Facebook and Instagram), the image or video with the most likes - adding both social networks - will win the contest. If any shipment does not conform to the rules or is of very poor quality, it may not be published.

Contest validity period
You can participate from August 1, 2021 to September 9, 2021.
Date of publication of the winner and delivery of the prize
Once the entry period is over, we will review all contest posts and get in touch with the winner (the one with the most likes) on September 10.
The enjoyment of it will be subject to availability and acceptance so it may suffer variations with respect to the requested dates.
Specific clauses
Acceptance of the Bases.
Participation in the raffle implies the express and unreserved acceptance of the participant of the raffle rules, as well as the clauses.
Failure to comply with any of these bases by the participant will determine their immediate disqualification.
Data Protection
The data of the participants will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (LOPD) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, by which The Development Regulation of Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the protection of personal data (RDLOPD) is approved. As well as the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD).
The indication of the personal data of the winning person will be mandatory for the management of the prize.

Facebook and Instagram do not sponsor, endorse, manage, or are associated in any way with this contest.
Advertising Rights
By participating in this contest, except for legal prohibition, each participant grants the organizer exclusive permission to use their names and images and videos in relation to this draw in the means and forms that the organizer deems appropriate. Likewise, you waive any right or remuneration for such use. The organizer, for its part, may use said images and videos for the establishment's advertising activities.
